Diversity & Inclusion
We know that as three cisgender, heterosexual, middle-aged, able-bodied, White practitioners we do not represent the diversity of the communities we serve. We cannot pretend that we fully understand your life as a person of color, a member of the LGBTQ+ community, a first-generation college-goer, a hearing impaired high school student or a middle school student with ADHD. However, we are here to listen and better understand your lived experience. We are comfortable supporting you in your personal growth through therapy and/or academics. We recognize that your multiple identities affect how you see and experience the world. Our goal is to listen and understand your life through your lens. We wish to create a safe space where you can share how your identities may impact your personal growth. We are honored to work with clients that represent the beauty of our American fabric.
